These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p65 Casino ("p65," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p65 website at p65.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering a p65 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The p65 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21+ years of age or older. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. p65 performs age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such account will be forfeited subject to applicable law.
To access real-money gaming on p65, you must register a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid identification details. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active p65 account. You must notify p65 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. p65 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
p65 reserves the right to require additional identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or when account activity triggers our fraud prevention systems. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction may result in account suspension.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your p65 account are your own legally obtained funds and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. p65 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

You may close your p65 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
All content on the p65 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and the p65 brand name — is the proprietary intellectual property of p65 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p65 content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p65's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your p65 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p65 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from technical failures outside p65's reasonable control; or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment providers, or telecommunications networks.
p65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p65 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p65 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
p65 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.
