Player Safety

Responsible Gaming at p65 Casino

At p65, we believe that gaming should always be about entertainment — not stress, not debt, and never something you can't walk away from. Here's everything you need to know about how we keep gaming safe for every Filipino player on our platform.

21+ Only

Our Commitment

Gaming Should Be Fun — Full Stop

For the vast majority of Filipinos who play at p65, online casino and sports betting is a fun way to spend time — catching a live baccarat session after work, spinning a few rounds of JILI slots on a Friday night, or betting on the PBA playoffs with friends. That's exactly what p65 is built for.

But we also know that for a small number of players, gambling can stop being entertainment and start becoming a problem. Problem gambling is a real and recognised condition — and at p65, we take our role in prevention and support seriously. The tools, policies, and resources on this page are here for every player, not just those in crisis.

p65 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which includes mandatory responsible gaming requirements for all licensed online gaming operators. We don't treat compliance as a box to tick — we treat it as a baseline that we actively try to exceed.

Important Reminders

Gambling is for entertainment only. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Do not chase losses. Set limits before you start. p65 is strictly for players aged 21+ in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations.

Signs That Gaming May Be Becoming a Problem
  • Spending more money or time gambling than you planned
  • Gambling to recover money you have already lost ("chasing losses")
  • Neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities because of gambling
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when trying to cut back
  • Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling
  • Hiding your gambling activity from family or friends

p65 Responsible Gaming Tools

Every p65 account comes with built-in tools to help you stay in control. No extra sign-ups, no waiting — activate them directly from your account settings.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much Philippine Peso (₱) you can deposit into your p65 account. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling period.

Session Time Alerts

Set a session duration limit and p65 will send you an alert — and optionally log you out automatically — once your playing time reaches the threshold you have chosen.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from p65 — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without permanently closing your account. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer or permanent break, p65's self-exclusion tool lets you close your account for a minimum of six (6) months or permanently. You will also be removed from all p65 marketing communications.

Loss Limits

Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once your losses reach the limit you set, p65 will automatically prevent further wagering until the period resets.

Reality Check Pop-Ups

Enable periodic on-screen reminders that show your session duration and net win/loss position — helping you make clear-headed decisions at regular intervals during a session.

Age Verification

Strictly 21 and Above

Philippine gambling law sets the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming at 21 years old. p65 enforces this requirement rigorously — not because we have to, but because protecting young Filipinos from the potential harms of gambling before they are old enough to make fully informed decisions is simply the right thing to do.

During account registration, all p65 players must provide valid government-issued identification proving they are 21 or older. p65 accepts Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, and other PAGCOR-approved ID types. Accounts that cannot pass age verification will not be permitted to deposit, play, or withdraw.

If a minor is found to have accessed a p65 account — including by using a parent's or sibling's credentials — that account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

If you are a parent or guardian, we encourage you to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors in your household from accessing the p65 Platform.

Is Your Gaming Still Fun?

Answer these questions honestly. If you find yourself saying "yes" to several of them, it may be worth reaching out for support — or using one of p65's in-account tools to take a step back.

Have you ever gambled for longer than you originally planned in a single session?
Have you deposited more money to try and win back losses you have already experienced?
Have you felt stressed, anxious, or preoccupied with gambling during normal daily activities?
Have you hidden the amount you gamble — or your losses — from a family member or close friend?
Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or skipped bills in order to fund your gambling?
Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling but found it difficult?
If you answered yes to two or more of these questions, consider using p65's self-exclusion or cooling-off tools and speaking to a professional. You are not alone — help is available.

How to Activate p65 Responsible Gaming Tools

Step-by-step guidance for using the responsible gaming features built into every p65 account.

Log in to your p65 account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits. Select daily, weekly, or monthly. Enter your ₱ limit and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately. Note: reducing a limit is instant, but increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period to ensure the change is a considered decision.

Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Take a Break. Choose your break duration: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Confirm your selection. Your account will be immediately restricted — you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration. Your account and balance will be preserved for when you return.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term step. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Select a minimum 6-month exclusion or a permanent closure. Once confirmed, your account will be closed immediately, you will be removed from all p65 marketing, and you will not be permitted to re-register during the exclusion period. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

If you are struggling and need to speak to someone at p65 directly, our responsible gaming support team is available 24/7 via Live Chat from within your account. You can also email us at [email protected]. If you would rather speak to an independent counsellor, please reach out to a professional support service in the Philippines.

p65 and PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework

p65 Casino operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) — the government body responsible for overseeing legal gaming in the Philippines. PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme sets minimum standards for player protection, age verification, self-exclusion procedures, and staff training across all licensed operators.

p65 fully adheres to PAGCOR's responsible gaming circulars and actively participates in PAGCOR's player exclusion registry. If you have previously self-excluded from another PAGCOR-regulated platform, that exclusion may also apply to your access to p65. All p65 responsible gaming policies are reviewed against PAGCOR requirements on a regular basis.

For more information on PAGCOR's responsible gaming mandate, visit the official PAGCOR website or contact them directly through their official Philippine government channels.
